1. First of all, this city is rated R. Drugs, violence, sex... they're all allowed. Just don't go overkill. However, one thing we want marked is if there's sex in your thread. Put a little [M] in the title or something, please.

2. Time in this site flows along with real time. Just to keep the confusion to a minimum. Despite this, though, your characters can be in different threads at the same time. Just don't make the threads set on the exact same days.

3. If you're going to join, be active.

4. After joining, you must change your profile name to your character's first and last name... unless they go by an alias or nickname. Names must be in all capitals, with a space between the first and last. Also, so it won't get confusing as to who is who, make a new account for every character you join.

Also, make sure you post in "Dorm Assignments", in the Office, to get a dorm for your student characters.

5. Funny how this is fifth in the rules, but it should be first in your agenda: be respectful.

6. All posts should be at least five, complete sentences. Dialogue does not count. It's just a tiny paragraph. Won't kill you. C:

7. While posting, please clearly state if you want the thread reserved for another member or not. That way no one illegally intrudes on your thread.

8. The only thing that is absolutely required in your signature is a link back to your character's profile. We don't care if it's a link from a picture or just a plain ol' URL. Just let us be able to check out your character at any time. :3

9. You do not have to wait to be accepted after posting your application, but if an admin or mod tells you you need to edit something, please do so. We're not doing it to be mean

10. Think of rules from your high school handbook. All those apply to Belvedere's school, including the dress code.

11. Most students will be given dorms; however, if you would rather join a complete family, that student will be allowed to live in their family's house. Just message ANODYNE which social class the family will be and she'll make your board. :3
