GENERAL APPEARANCE
Skin Color: A pale but sweet-looking yellow
Eyes: A light brown, almost like a soil color
Hair: However you would like to describe it, be it bermuda, midnight, or deep black, Ai's hair is black. Silky and waist-length, she usually wears it down. Whenever she has her hair up, however, it is usually held with only chopsticks, and no, she wouldn't have eaten off of them.
Body Type: Small and bird-boned, Ai is quite the small person to deal with; she stands at sixty-two inches, or 5'2"

Call it dressy casual, Ai is always a stunning creature to see, whether you like 'them asian chicks' or not. She is conservative in her choice of dress (basically, if you see her in a skirt, something is wrong). Normally, she is fine with a dress top, black dress pants, but she's not so confined to simple 'concert black.' She can also be found wearing bright silk tops (imported directly from home, don'tcha know) along with her beloved black flares. Her footwear mainly consists of three-and-a-half inch (or taller) heels to the simple flats. She even has a pair of ballerina slippers she wears from time to time. And don't you dare judge her on her high heels; God knows she needs to add some height to her.

PERSONALITY
Ai was raised by her widower father who believed that his daughter would be nothing but the stereotypical desired Japanese female... and so that is what Ai has been raised up to be. She is quiet, she does not speak until spoken to; she is polite, she has manners ingrained in her head; she is supportive, she would never let a friend go down the Blue Road; she is incredibly optimistic, she always "sees" the good side of things; and she is, well... Ai has been blind for the better part of fourteen years, so she is a tad bit clumsy even with her cane or her seeing-eye dog. Although she may seem to be the ideal female in sixteenth-century Japan, Ai is definately not fit to be living in the world of what she now calls "home", in other words, America. Her father has never let her talk to a member of the opposite sex, ever. She has lived a segregated life, and so she as innocent as can be. Also, having just left Japan to move to America with her oha-san, she knows little English. Speaking with her might be a tad bit difficult. And try not to get too immersed in the accent.
